- Jaci,
I have wanted to write you for awhile and just haven't made
myself do it. I want to thank you for taking care of my
Angel Melton, the cat that you cremated the end of May. It
is almost time to let you take care of my Precious, she is
18 yrs old. I also wanted to thank you for the sympathy card
you send, that was so thoughtful. It is also nice to visit
your web site, I love the picture of your family, it seems
more personable. Thank you again. Alice Melton

- Jaci, Steve and I just wanted to extend our sincere
appreciation for the care and comfort you provided during our
recent loss. You are a special person. We don't know what we
would've done without Heavenly Acres for Pets. Cable now lies
on the floor beside our bed. The life size pug urn was a
perfect choice. Again, thank you so much.
God Bless, Tonya Osterhoff

- With sincere thanks for your thoughtful kindness. Just
the thought of receiving a card from you, warmed my heart and
made me strong.
Thank you, Bren

Dear Lori, Just a note to thank you for you wonderful service you
supplied to us in the cremation of our dog, Bee-Bee. You are
the most kind, considerate, and professional people I have
ever dealt with. In fact, far more so than the people I had
to deal with in the death of my late husband. I picked up
Bee-Bee's urn this morning and it is truly beautiful. You
have done a wonderful job. Thank you also for the little paw
print and the clipped fur. I know both my daughters are
going to love you for those.
Very truly yours,
Phyllis

Dear Jaci and Michael,
Thank you so much for caring for both Sunny and Dusty
when they passed away. It's so wonderful to be able to
pick up the phone (when that sad time comes), and know that
our pet(s) will be cared for with respect and in such a
timely manner. What a invaluable service you provide
to our community.

As a veterinarian, I have helped many animals cross over
to the Rainbow Bridge, but it is always harder when it is
your own believed friend. Thespotteddawg, as I
affectionately called her, was a true companion for most of
my veterinary career. I do so appreciate your kind and
gentle handling of her body at the end of her worldly life.
I have referred many clients to your facility over the
past few years as an associate at Jimmie Davis Animal
Hospital, and I will continue to do so, as your service
provides much needed closure and respect for our animal
companions. Thank you, Corrine S. Brown, DVM

Jaci,
Looking forward to getinng all the mementos of Jake. Boy,
do I still miss him! Things are so quiet around here. Lulu
still cries, but she is getting better. Thank you again for
all the nice things you have done to comfort me. Macie (my
granddaughter) loves the little bear. Always, Kim

Jaci,
I'm just getting home from bringing Jake back home. Like
with any death it is real hard. My heart has a void in it,
but time will heal it. I have so many precious memories to
think of. Thank you for all you have done and your
compassion has been so meaningful to me. I know I'll be in
touch soon to finish up the ring, charm, and knife. I will
feel like Jake will be with me everytime I wear it! Kim and
Tommy

appreciated. We wanted to thank you again for taking care of Luke.

Jaci,
I just wanted to thank you so much for all you did
for me this past week. The little box with Allie's
remains is so sweet and the engraved plate turned out so
nice. It all turned out great! I am sorry I didn't
offer you to sit and have some coffee or something to
drink! Forgive me for being rude. But I also want to
thank you again for letting me watch everything on
Saturday. I am always curious about things that I have
never seen before, I guess that is part of being a
nurse. It eased my mind tremendously to see how the
cremation was done. You are a very sensitive, calming
person and it is a blessing and reassuring to know that
you are the one that handles this in such a kind
manner. Take care and I will be in touch. With
sincere gratefulness, Ginny Williamson,

Thank you so very much for being there and taking care of Ginger. We
especially thank you for allowing us to change our minds right in the
middle of the burial. Evertt and I feel that your cemetery is in a
beautiful country setting and perfect for all the loving pets to finally
be set free. When we decided on the cremation, it seemed like peace
came over us and allowed us to finally except Ginger’s death. Again,
thank you for your professional care, begin understanding of our needs
and taking excellent care of Ginger. She looked just like a little
angel. When it is time for Spooky to leave us to join Ginger, we will
call you to have him cremated. Thanks for your thoughtfulness and you
are greatly appreciated.
