- Dear Jaci, Many thanks for the care and compassion you showed
while guiding us through the options available for honoring Abby.
When speaking with you via phone, you very calmly walked us through
the procedure for cremation, how Abby would be cared for before and
after cremation, also that you would personally return her ashes to
our home. You were most kind, showing great compassion each time we
spoke, always making sure every question or concern any one raised
was answered and/or explained clearly before we hung up. We thank
you also for the extra time you took to visit within our home, it
allowed us an opportunity to share sweet and funny stories of Abby's
fourteen years as our family's beloved pet, it was healing to speak
of her with the last person to hold her. Sincerely, The

- Dear Michael & Jaci, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of
my sweet Roscoe, who we had cremated last week. We received your
sympathy card and were immediately comforted that he was in good hands.
When I picked up his ashes from Ellerbe Road Animal Hospital last week
and read the Rainbow Bridge story, I cried uncontrollably at the loss of
my pup… but I know in my heart that he is okay and I will see him again
soon. Thank you again so much for all that you do for those of us who

- Dear Jaci, I just
sent in my online memorial to Fallen. We miss her
so much. Not a day goes by we dont think about her. You did
a wonderful job and we loved the urn, my 2 yr old grandson
often looks at it and saids Hi to Fallen. My daughter cried
when i gave her the paw print you made. We thank you do much
for the care you gave to Fallen and for all your help during
our difficult time. Letting her go was so hard for us and we
appreciate that you helped make it alittle easier for us.

Dear Lori, Just a note to thank you for you wonderful service you
supplied to us in the cremation of our dog, Bee-Bee. You are
the most kind, considerate, and professional people I have
ever dealt with. In fact, far more so than the people I had
to deal with in the death of my late husband. I picked up
Bee-Bee's urn this morning and it is truly beautiful. You
have done a wonderful job. Thank you also for the little paw

As a veterinarian, I have helped many animals cross over
to the Rainbow Bridge, but it is always harder when it is
your own believed friend. Thespotteddawg, as I
affectionately called her, was a true companion for most of
my veterinary career. I do so appreciate your kind and
gentle handling of her body at the end of her worldly life. I have referred many clients to your facility over the
past few years as an associate at Jimmie Davis Animal
Hospital, and I will continue to do so, as your service
provides much needed closure and respect for our animal

Jaci, I just wanted to thank you so much for all you did
for me this past week. The little box with Allie's
remains is so sweet and the engraved plate turned out so
nice. It all turned out great! I am sorry I didn't
offer you to sit and have some coffee or something to
drink! Forgive me for being rude. But I also want to
thank you again for letting me watch everything on
Saturday. I am always curious about things that I have
never seen before, I guess that is part of being a
nurse. It eased my mind tremendously to see how the
cremation was done. You are a very sensitive, calming
person and it is a blessing and reassuring to know that

Just wanted to let you know that Jim and I are doing
fine - I visit Max's site every day before I get off the
internet - just to say hello. I see him every day
anyway - I am really glad we had him cremated - my
mother in law lost her cocker spaniel recently - and she
buried her - I am really glad that we had Max cremated
and I can see him everyday on top of my TV set and know
that when I go he will be put with me. Anyway, I hope
that you have a nice day - just wanted to say hi and let

Thank you so very much for being there and taking care of Ginger. We
especially thank you for allowing us to change our minds right in the
middle of the burial. Evertt and I feel that your cemetery is in a
beautiful country setting and perfect for all the loving pets to finally
be set free. When we decided on the cremation, it seemed like peace
came over us and allowed us to finally except Ginger’s death. Again,
thank you for your professional care, begin understanding of our needs
and taking excellent care of Ginger. She looked just like a little
angel. When it is time for Spooky to leave us to join Ginger, we will
call you to have him cremated. Thanks for your thoughtfulness and you
